We are a vet owned small business. Our goal is to teach the art of eight limbs to the community. Our community is based on Christian values and army values. With 13 years of combat sport experience and mixed martial arts. We bring that experience into our teachings. If you are trying to fight, workout, self defense, or just find a community that fits you. We are here for you.

"The Art of Eight Limbs" refers to Muay Thai, a Thai martial art where fighters utilize eight points of contact on their body for striking, including punches, kicks, elbows, and knees, essentially using their fists, shins, elbows, and knees as weapons, making it a very versatile fighting style; hence the "eight limbs" designation.
